A heart opening night of movement, magic and medicine Join Briohney and Sophie for a luscious evening of embodied play, deep rest, and sensory awakening. This is an invitation to come home to your heart and body through the alchemy of cacao, dance and sound healing.
 We’ll begin with a grounding ceremonial cacao ritual and mediation to open the senses and anchor you into your hearts presence.

From there, Briohney will be playing a live Ecstatic Dance DJ set that is designed to move you into the depths of your inner self expression and evoke a sense of joy and cathartic release. Those who are new to ecstatic dance, the music is curated in a way to experience an array of genres and tempos that gradually build energy to move your body in explorative ways. The set leads into a peak state that gradually descends bringing us back into a space of reflection, introspection and meditation. To complete the journey, Sophie will bathe you in the soothing sounds of a deep sound healing experience, using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and other beautiful instruments to harmonise your nervous system and integrate the evening’s energetic release into equilibrium.
