The Astrological New Year marks a fresh beginning, a moment where the wheel turns and we are invited to consciously step into what’s next.
This is mirrored by the Autumn Equinox, a sacred pause point where light and dark are held in perfect balance. A time to harvest what has been, to let go with intention, and to plant seeds for the season ahead.
On 21st March, we will gather in community to honour this threshold through one of yoga’s most ancient and transformative rituals: 108 Sun Salutations.

Practicing 108 Sun Salutations at the turning of the Astrological New Year is a way to:

Why 108 is considered sacred in yoga:
1 represents unity, the self, the Divine. 0 represents the completness of our practice, the emptiness, the void. and 8 represents infinity, eternity the universe. so the number 108 bridges those three things for connection to the infinite universe.

Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning community or spiritual gathering. This special New Year Sangha is intentionally designed to help you reset, reflect, and consciously shape your yoga practice for the year ahead. Do I need yoga experience?
No experience is needed. This evening is slow, gentle, and suitable for all levels.

Ancient Craft, Modern Calm:
Basket Weaving for the Soul
Take a soulful pause from the busyness of life and sink into the meditative art of basket weaving.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to weave your own beautiful raffia basket — and more importantly, you'll experience the deep joy of mindful making.
At first, you’ll focus on learning the technique — feeling your hands move, your brain light up, and your creativity spark. Then, as you settle into the rhythm, the weaving becomes a moving meditation: your breath slows, your mind softens, and you find yourself fully present with each wrap and loop.
Basket weaving is the oldest craft and has been practiced by many different cultures. In this workshop you will receive a weaving kit with everything you need to create your basket.
No experience needed — just a love for creating with your hands and an open heart.
Whether you come to weave quietly and slip into a peaceful flow, or to connect and share stories with fellow makers, this workshop offers a nurturing space for both.

A heart opening night of movement, magic and medicine Join Briohney and Sophie for a luscious evening of embodied play, deep rest, and sensory awakening. This is an invitation to come home to your heart and body through the alchemy of cacao, dance and sound healing. Finally transitioning into a sound immersion of sacred sound to completely nourish the body.
This is a non-invasive sound healing experience held in a completely safe space.
Benefits of Sound Healing:
Therapeutic sounds have been used for thousands of years as a non-invasive way to trigger the relaxation response to alleviate symptoms of chronic stress, release suppressed emotions associated with trauma from the past and to harmonise and balance the human bio-field (aura) and chakras (energy wheels).
This healing modality may also be known as healing with audible sound, sound medicine, sound meditation or vibrational medicine. Sound healing sessions can be experienced one on one or in a group setting.
What to expect at a Sound Bath/Sound Immersion:
A sound bath/sound immersion is an event where a group of people come together to bathe in sound. The facilitator may use sacred instruments such as the Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes as well as their voice to create and promote a healing and balancing experience. The space where a sound bath/sound immersion is held is set up with Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. You can sit or lie on your back during this sound healing experience. The space is prepared with a ritual which could simply be the lighting of a candle, smudging with Palo Santo, aromatherapy and/or burning incense. A sound bath/sound immersion runs between 40mins to 1 hour.
COSMIC REST: Replenish in Celestial Stillness
In our fast-paced world, the need for true rest has never been more important (and particularly as we transition from the inward slowness of winter into the stimulation of summer). Join Whitney for Cosmic Rest, a 75-minute experience designed to nourish your body and soul. We’ll begin by exploring the essential need for rest in our busy lives before moving into a series of restorative yoga postures supported by props, designed to gently release tension from the body. Breathing techniques will guide you into a deeper state of calm, preparing you for the true highlight: Yoga Nidra. Often called "yogic sleep," this guided meditation allows you to drift into a profound state of relaxation, as though you are sleeping amongst the stars—where you can tap into the vast, restorative energies of the cosmos. Rediscover your innate connection to the universe through this deeply restful experience.
Join Whitney in an evening of deep relaxation, journeying through restorative yoga into
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to replenish body and mind; cradled by the vast, tranquil support of
