What is Pratyahara?

Pratyahara is one of the eight limbs of ashtanga yoga, an ancient practice of consciously withdrawing of the senses and turning your gaze inward to find stillness and reconnect with your true self.

Do I need yoga experience?

No experience is needed. This evening is slow, gentle, and suitable for all levels.

What should I bring?

Anything that makes you feel extra cosy, fav blanket(there is blankets at studio) socks, cosy jumper sweater.

How will I feel after?

Rested like never before, with a sense of clarity and renewed energy flowing through your body.
