Sangha: Setting the Foundation for Your Year of Yoga Practice
Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning community or spiritual gathering. This special New Year Sangha is intentionally designed to help you reset, reflect, and consciously shape your yoga practice for the year ahead. Whether that's asana (poses), breathwork, meditation or any of the other limbs of yoga, this is a beautiful way to commit to yourself and the collective this year.
This gathering supports you to clarify your intentions around yoga, explore what kind of practice truly supports you, and create a realistic, regular weekly rhythm you can return to throughout the year.
Together, we’ll reflect on the past year, identify what you want more (or less) of in your practice, and anchor those insights through discussion, journaling, and embodied practice.
This session, our reflection will be guided by the Niyamas, the yogic principles of self-care, inner discipline, and self-reflection. Through this lens, you’ll be supported to create a meaningful New Year theme that can guide your yoga practice and how you show up both on and off the mat throughout the year.
