Join Whitney for a 75-minute experience designed to nourish body and soul. We begin by exploring the essential need for rest in our busy lives before moving through a series of restorative yoga postures supported by props, designed to gently release tension from the body. Breath practices will guide you into a deeper state of calm, preparing you for the true highlight: Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.”
