A slow build of breath and movement, designed to open the body and settle the mind. Come as you are, mats and props provided. This is a gentle welcome into the Apothecary space, held with warmth and open arms.
Journey to the Heart
A 1.5 Hour Immersion
4.30pm - 6pm | 4 Howe St, Daylesford VIC 3460
Join us for a deeply nourishing experience combining Yin Yoga, massage adjustments, sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and flower essences.
Held by a collective of beautiful practitioners, this heart-centred immersion is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Together, we'll create a space for deep rest, healing, and connection through gentle movement, sound, touch, and ritual.
All are welcome. No experience necessary.
