At Oshun Yoga, we believe that the heart of our practice isn’t just found on the mat; it’s found in the people beside us. Yoga has always been about connection — with ourselves, with our breath, and with the community around us. That’s why we’re so excited to announce Bring a Friend Week, happening from 20th to 26th October at Oshun Yoga.

For one week only, you can bring a friend along to any class completely free. Whether they’re brand new to yoga or someone who’s been meaning to join you for ages, this is the perfect opportunity to share what you love about your practice and help them experience the warmth of our community.
