This immersive sound healing experience in Reservoir begins with a grounding guided meditation to bring you into your body, followed by gentle vocal toning to balance and awaken your energy. From there, you will be carried into a full sound immersion, a nourishing journey through sacred frequencies designed to soothe your nervous system and restore harmony to your body and mind.

Here, sound becomes medicine - non-invasive, deeply therapeutic, and profoundly restorative.

What to Expect
A sound journey, often called a sound bath, invites you to simply rest and receive. As you lie comfortably on a yoga mat, Mirella will weave the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and voice, creating an energetic landscape that supports release, recalibration, and renewal.

Each frequency works on a cellular level, helping to:

• Alleviate symptoms of chronic stress and anxiety
